• What is the minimum and maximum deposit with Monaxa?

  Standard – USD15 or equivalent.

  Pro – USD50 or equivalent.

  Zero – USD200 or equivalent.

  After this first deposit, you may fund a minimum of USD15 for all account types. There is no maximum amount for deposit.

• What payment methods does Monaxa accept for adding funds?

  We accept Local Bank transfer, Bank Wire transfers, cryptocurrency and some more methods available as per your country of residence.

  Please note that you must withdraw via the same method used to fund your account

• How to verify my account?

  To ensure the accuracy and reliability of our verification process, Monaxa utilizes integrated Artificial Intelligence system known as Sumsub to verify and validate the Proof of Identity and Proof of Address of our clients.

  To complete verification after registration, the client must do as below ;

  Profile > Verification > Phone Verification > ID Verification > Selfie 

• What supporting documents do I need to provide?

  Individual 
  You are required to provide an identity document (ID card, Driver's license, Passport) for visual scanning. 

  Kindly ensure that it is not expired or physically damaged.

  The ID document must contain: 

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Valid Expiry Date
  • Front and Backside

  All images should be high resolution and the above details must be clearly readable
